Cllr GS reported that members had met the club who are looking to re-coup the cost of the compound installation and improve maintenance of the pitch by raising funding from the football foundation. They will need to prove security of tenure and have the pitch surveyed. Until they know who needs to do the application we cannot move forward. They also want to paint the home dressing room in club colours the Clerk will write a supportive letting asking for a design/specification for formal approval.
