CTFC have also done a good job with the fencing and posts. The gates need to be added along with the hardcore.

Comments were raised regarding the Insurance; this needs to be confirmed; if it comes under CTFC or CPC responsibility, an agreement with Terms and Conditions may need to be produced, with a proposal for a peppercorn rent.

  Additional Outdoor Recreation Equipment

A discussion was held regarding the purchase of more outdoor gym equipment; should CPC purchase more and use some of the S106 money.   The committee were persuaded because of the use of the present equipment that it was worthwhile and advantageous to consider adding more equipment, it was agreed to be looked into, and the possibility of putting the new equipment in front of the ones already purchased – double bank.

DK will look into this with recommendations to be brought back to the amenities committee before going to Full Council for approval.

Floodlights

The floodlights need more investigation. Do CTFC need them for the training in the winter months?. CJFC do have portable floodlights; more investigation is needed as to why they are not working or being used, and if more are needed.
