Planning Committee Monday 9 June 2025 at 7pm in the Parish Rooms, Hall Street, Crowland

It was Resolved: That the draft minutes of the parish council planning meeting held on 19 May 2025 be approved as the official minutes. Proposed by Cllr. Williams- seconded by Cllr. Davis and all present agreed.

Comments: CPC comment although outside the boundary of the local plan this proposal appears to be a well thought out development of band E properties. We share the concerns of Anglian Water regarding the foul water disposal.

Cllr Searle reported that he had spoken to the donor who will ask the designer to produce a bench that will fit the existing concrete pad.

The Clerk has yet to progress.

Cllr Elphee is organising an evening event on 15th August with music, beacon lighting and proclamation.
