It was resolved that the minutes of the parish council meeting held on the 14 July be approved as the official minutes. Proposed by Cllr Kempton, seconded by Cllr Williams and agreed by all.

Comments: Objection, this area is becoming increasingly a residential area, a B2 classification is not in keeping with a residential area. Also have concerns about the level of screening. We already have a designated industrial area within the town.

Members discussed options and the preference would be to name it Enterprise Square. |

Cllr Boor reported increasing problems with fly tipping at green Drove leading to Hax Roadway. He has spoken to local landowners who are looking at a barrier at the Green Drove end. This may present an opportunity to stop up Hacks Roadway so that fly tipping would not be possible. |

Members are aware that SHDC are considering the problem of speeding in the area. Ultimately, the developers are responsible but do not cooperate therefore the Management company need to take action as they are responsible. |

Members discussed the need for double yellow lines along the road to stop parking to allow access for emergency vehicles. |
