Cllr Williams advised that arrangements were progressing well and a call has gone out for volunteers on the day.

There have been problems with deliveries since the change of use to a community hall building, following enquiries there is a planning application being considered by SHDC.

The sign is unreadable and probably in the wrong place, SHDC are reviewing and we need to monitor any progress

The land is registered to the Council but the concrete pad is registered to BP. Cllr Boor will speak to Lewis Smith regarding the planning potential. The Clerk will write to BP to seek their long term intentions.
