Wednesday 18th February NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and members are summoned to attend the meeting of the HR Committee - Crowland Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 23rd February 2026 at 10am in the Parish Rooms, Crowland.

Welcome and introductions

1. Apologies for Absence.

2. Declaration of Interests. 

3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the HR Committee held on 6th October 2025 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

The Public & Press were excluded from the meeting in accordance with the provision of Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (admission to meetings Act 1960). The items to be discussed being of a confidential nature.

4. To discuss the Internal Auditor’s query on employee ages and insurance cover, review the insurer’s response and resolve to agree any required action.

5. To review and discuss an employee request to amend working hours and consider the alignment between contracted monthly hours and the current working schedule, and to resolve any required action.

6. To discuss the review and updating of employee contracts, job descriptions, and timetables of responsibilities to ensure duties are clearly defined and consistently understood.

7. To discuss the three-month performance review for the clerk and agree any feedback or required actions.
