Tuesday 28th April NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and members are summoned to attend the meeting of the HR Committee - Crowland Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 5th May 2026 at 3pm in the Parish Rooms, Crowland.

Welcome and introductions

  1. Apologies for Absence.
  2. Declaration of Interests. 
  3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the HR Committee held on 30th March 2026 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

CLOSED SESSION

That, under Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

  1. To discuss and resolve to agree cover for Clerk / RFO when required for periods of absence.
  2. To resolve to agree an interim home working arrangement for the Clerk and Deputy Clerk.
