Wednesday 8th April NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and members are summoned to attend the meeting of the Full Council - Crowland Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 13th April 2026 at 7pm in The Community Hub, Crowland.

Welcome and introductions

  1. Apologies for absence.
  2. Declaration of interests. 
  3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the Full Council held on 2nd March 2026 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes and to note the minutes of other committees.
  4. To receive an update on progress & resolutions for the meeting held on 2nd March 2026.
  5. Clerks report.
  6. Chairman's report - To resolve on the Chairman’s report and its recommendations.
  7. Amenities committee - To consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations.
  8. Finance and Admin committee - To resolve on the Finance and Admin Committee Chairman’s report and its recommendations.
  9. Accounts for payment.
  10. Farms & Gardens committee - To resolve on the Farms & Gardens Committee Chairman’s report and its recommendations.
  11. Planning committee - To consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations.
  12. Safety & Security committee - To resolve on the Safety & Security Committee Chairman’s report and its recommendations.
  13. Assets Working Party - To resolve on the Assets Working Party Committee Chairman’s report and its recommendations.
  14. Implement additional Skate Park inspection/cleaning hours
  15. Skate Park repair works
  16. Cllr Condell’s CVS Volunteering Scheme email to all committees
  17. Date of Open Meeting: To decide on a date and venue
  18. LCC Proposals: To consider the Council's position on proposals for minor roads.
  19. Meridian PV. To consider the Council's response to the submission of a Planning Application
  20. Matters to be considered for inclusion on a future Council Agenda.
