Wednesday 2 October 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend the meeting of Crowland Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 7 October at 7.00pm in The Community Hub, Crowland.

1) Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2) Declaration of Interests
3) To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 2 September 2024 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
4) To receive an update on progress & resolutions for the meeting held on 2 September 2024.
5) Clerks Report/update
6) Chairman's Report - to consider the chairman's report and any recommendation therein.
7) Amenities Committee - to consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations therein.
8) Finance and Admin Committee - to consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations therein.
9) Accounts for Payment.
10) Farms & Gardens Committee - to consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations therein.
11) Planning Committee - to consider the minutes of the recent meeting and any recommendations therein.
12) Safety & Security Committee - to consider the chairman's report and any recommendation therein.
13) Assets Working Party - to consider the chair's report and any recommendation therein.
14) Hanging Baskets - to consider continuing with the practice and if appropriate agree costings and ordering procedure.
15) Fireworks - to consider a field hire request and issues arising from proposed event.
16) Defibrillator - to consider a request for a contribution towards facilitating the siting of an additional defibrillator.
17) Land Rent Review. To note receipt of a notice to potentially review their land rent from Somerley Estates and consider the action as a result.
18) VE Day May 2025 – to discuss support and donations
19) Remembrance Day - to agree Council's participation in Cenotaph Service and Church Service if applicable.
20) Matters to be considered for inclusion on a future Council Agenda.
