1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of Interest.
3. To receive and acknowledge the minutes of earlier meetings and to review any outstanding actions.
4. To review the Council’s financial position as of the 30th November 2025 and consider the projected year‑end position.
5. To consider the Draft Budget for the financial year 2026/2027 and agree any amendments prior to formal approval.
6. To review the Council’s long‑term reserves plan and consider any updates or actions required.
7. To note and review the Council’s Asset Register and consider any updates required.
8. To consider the appointment of the Internal Auditor.
9. To note any additional items for inclusion on the agenda of a future Finance Meeting.
